LLMG is proud to present the Summer Jazz Series — a concert experience under the stars hosted at our recording studios and intimate Sidenote stage, for 120 guests per night! Folks can enjoy artisan food vendors, curated cocktails and reserved patio seating in a private, cozy and open-air setting.

JACOB WENDT is a musician, composer, bandleader, and educator in the Los Angeles area whose ensembles have headlined major venues across Northern and Southern California including Yoshi’s, Dizzy's, The Fillmore Jazz Festival, Blue Whale, Catalina’s, Campus JAX, Sanctuary Studio, and The Grape. His critically acclaimed new album, Silver Street (Hayden Records), is a classic hardbop quintet in the spirit of Blue Note Records during the 1950’s & 60’s which features all original compositions influenced by jazz greats such as Horace Silver, Sonny Clark, Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, and Hank Mobley. Copies of the limited edition 180-gram vinyl LP will be available.

As a collective we are known as Extra Soul Please. Individually we are creative minds trying to find footing in a world of inconceivable possibilities. Somewhere in between a rock and a hard place we have become Musicians, Friends, and Family. The four of us bring our unique voices together to create music called brasshouse. A term coined by King of Sludge, the drummer for Too Many Zooz, brasshouse is known to be a high energy music exchange. Some of our other influences are Huntertones, Moon Hooch, and Lucky Chops.

Makéda is a 5-piece instrumental band from Los Angeles, California. Featuring elements of jazz fusion, electronic, future bass, and hip-hop, Makéda follows the lead of artists like Sungazer, Badbadnotgood, Thundercat and Hiatus Kaiyote. They strive to provide their own contribution to the genre-fluid movement that is currently reuniting jazz, hip-hop and electronic music.
